BHYSL Field Marshals - Spring 2009
Pre-Game Task:		Put the corner flags up and check that the goals are anchored before the first
		game each week.  If goals are not staked in and do not have sandbags on
		them, place sandbag on back corner of goal.  Tighten nets and secure them well.
During Game Task:		Field Marshals are representative of the board members on the field and are authorized, when present, to resolve any issue that may come up and needs immediate attention.

Post-Game Task:		Pick up the corner flags and keep them at your house for the next week.  Report fields needs to Field Manager.
Frequency:		Each week for all 8 weeks of the season.
Timing:		The first game of the day starts at 1:00 and the last
		game is over at 5:00.  Please make sure that you are there to check the
		goals early enough to anchor them if they are not anchored.
Perk		You get the satisfaction of knowing that you have helped make the soccer
		season run a litter smoother.  In addition (and probably more importantly),
		you will be allowed to sign up for your first practice field before
		the coaches meeting.
