Technical Skills & Performance Training

Available for 1st- 8th grade boys & girls

Dates: FRIDAYS Sept  11, 25, Oct 2, Oct 9

(Oct 16 & 23 will be reserved for make up days if cancellation occurs due to inclement weather)

TRAINING SESSION TIMES:


5:00- 6:00pm available for 1st- 4th grade Boys & Girls

6:15- 7:15pm available for 4th- 8th grade Boys & Girls


(due to previous large number of participants from the 4th grade age group we have opened up registration for both time slots for this age only to accommodate)

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

·      Speed, agility, quickness, strength, balance, coordination, mobility and endurance

·      Technical ball skills and mastery

·      Dribbling

·      1v1 attacking moves, change of direction moves, starts and stops.

·      Shooting and finishing technique & power

·      Passing technique 

·      Receiving and Trapping


PLAYER, PARENT, STAFF REQUIREMENTS & GUIDELINES

  •   Max of 32 participants per hour.

 

  •   Groups of no more than 8 (no exceptions) per 1 instructor.

 

  •   Participants will rotate within stations in the same area of the field with the same instructor with their own ball for the entire training session to minimize the amount of contact with other individuals as much as possible.

 

  •   No activities involving direct contact or sharing of ball or equipment at the same time as another participant.

 

  •   Equipment will be sanitized before the start of each session and after each session.

 

  •   Parents may observe from outside of vehicles, but must remain distanced from training area beyond designated area at all times and follow mandated state guidelines of social distancing with regard to any other parents/spectators.

 

  •   Training Staff will be required to wear masks during training if mandates from state remain in place to do so.

 

  •   Players MUST wear masks when arriving and leaving the field, but should NOT wear masks during training time.

 

  •   Parents observing from sidelines MUST wear masks at all times for as long as state mandates are in place to do so.



In the event that mandates from the state of Michigan or CDC force us to discontinue trainings at any time, sessions will continue being provided virtually, by our trained coaching staff for all registered participants. NO REFUNDS will be given after the first session has taken place.
